Cinnamon Donuts Ingredients 1/2 cup flour3 tbsp protein powder (we use @botanikablends)3/4 cup soy milk1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup melted coconut oil1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon nutmegPinch of salt Method Preheat oven to 180°C In a large bowl combine dry ingredients In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients Combine and mix the dry & wet ingredients until the batter is evenly hydrated Pipe the batter into greased doughnut pan/moulds Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden Remove and let cool Top with icing sugar, cinnamon, or whatever you fancy!
