Dukkah

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup macadamias
  • 3 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 3 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Place on a baking tray and roast for 180 degrees for 12 mins or until nuts brown.
  3. Blend in a food processor.
  4. Serve with some olive oil and white fluffy bread.
