Dukkah Ingredients 1/2 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup pistachio nuts1/2 cup walnuts3/4 cup macadamias3 tbsp coriander seeds3 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp salt1 tsp black pepper2 tbsp olive oil Method Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Place on a baking tray and roast for 180 degrees for 12 mins or until nuts brown. Blend in a food processor. Serve with some olive oil and white fluffy bread.
