Mint Choc Protein Cookies Ingredients 1/3 cup @botanikablends ‘cacao mint cookies & cream’ protein powder1 cup flour1 flax egg1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup vegan butter melted1 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp nut butter1 cup dark chocolate chipsPinch of salt Method Preheat your oven to 180°C In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein, baking soda and salt In a separate bowl, whisk vegan butter, maple syrup and flax egg till smooth Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture Pour in the choc chips and stir Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet 4cm apart Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to golden Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes Enjoy with some plant milk
