Anzac Cookies Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats1 cup plain flour2/3 cup brown sugar2/3 cup desiccated coconut125g vegan butter2 tbsp golden syrup2 tbsp water1/2 tsp bicarb soda Method Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and coconut in a bowl. Place butter, golden syrup and water in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 3 minutes. Stir through bicarb soda. Pour the butter mixture over the oat mixture and combine. Roll tbsp of mixture into balls and place on a baking tray 5cm apart. Bake for 10 to 12 mins or until lightly golden Leave on a baking tray for 5 mins to cool
